Welcome to Taskoft! These Terms of Use (“Terms”) define how you may access and use our mobile application ("App") and the services we provide through it (collectively, the "Services"). By downloading, installing, or interacting with the App, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
By using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you are acting on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you must have the authority to agree to these Terms on their behalf.

Certain features may be available only through a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the related charges. Payments are handled via the App Store, and any billing issues should be resolved directly with Apple.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you breach these Terms. You may also choose to delete your account at any time through the App settings.
The App is offered “as is,” with no guarantees of accuracy, security, or continuous availability. We do not warrant that the App will function without errors or interruptions.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Taskoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of the App.
